The City of Green River, Utah, has a 3.2-acre plot of land located one block south of Main and east of Broadway which they would like to see developed into entry-level housing options. Last month, the City released a Request for Proposals for affordable housing on this property, and Epicenter enthusiastically responded! We’re excited to share this possibility and the general progress Epicenter has made over the past six months.
