We’re excited to announce another inaugural housing event for Green River, Utah! This Thursday, November 14th at 1pm, the Epicenter will be hosting a housing fair at the Green River Senior Citizens Center.
Come anytime from 1-5 PM to learn about the many programs available to improve Green River residents’ quality of life and housing durability. Staff from state, county, and local agencies that support and provide quality, safe, efficient housing opportunities will be on-hand to answer questions and help complete applications on site. Bring your recent income statements, identification, and last month’s utility bills as HEAT assistance applications will also be processed at the event, along with information distributed on the new VITA free income tax assistance program. Agencies that will be present to provide one-on-one application assistance and information include USDA Rural Development, Department of Workforce Services, AAA Fair Credit, Active Re-entry, Habitat for Humanity of Castle Country, Olene Walker Housing Loan Fund, the Association of Local Governments, Epicenter, and the City of Green River.
