Epicenter is pleased to announce that the Union Pacific Foundation Board has approved a Local Grant to Epicenter in 2020 towards Canal Commons in the amount of $10,000. Epicenter’s first large-scale development, Canal Commons, is a direct response to Green River’s critical need for available, affordable, and liveable housing options. In addition to the ten single-family homes to be built, the Union Pacific Railroad-adjacent property will also incorporate community gathering spaces and walking paths.
